Changes in package returns

We are extremely happy that so many of our customers use the package return option! However, so much returnable packaging accumulates every week that we introduced some small changes in terms of returns:

♻️ In the future, we ask you to fold the boxes in advance so that we can take back the packaging from as many customers as possible. The courier has the right to refuse to accept unpacked boxes.

♻️ You can also return intact and clean strong plastic cups (egg cups) and empty cooler bags and thermal boxes.

♻️ As it is not possible to reuse the cold elements at the moment, we ask you not to give water bags to couriers.

♻️Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to return packages in some regions. However, our team is working diligently to ensure that we can take back packages all over Estonia soon 🤞🏻.
