Did you know that one of Clean Kitchen's founders and the mastermind behind our delicious recipes is the renowned top chef Orm Oja?

In 2020, the way we spend time and dine with our loved ones and friends changed completely. In recent years, Orm Oja has delighted guests in cozy and elegant restaurants in Tallinn, but at one point, it seemed that this alone was not enough. Having led Estonia’s top restaurant NOA Chef's Hall to become the best restaurant in the Baltics three times and a winner of the prestigious White Guide, and reviving the well-known restaurant La Bottega to popularity, Orm asked himself: ‘What's next?’

Similar to the world around us, the culinary world is becoming digital, and in this new ‘normal,’ he had the idea to bring the restaurant experience to everyone’s home—affordably and with high quality. Beyond the food experience, he also wants to inspire people to start cooking for themselves again—after all, ‘the way to the heart is through the stomach!’

Those who don’t adapt to the new will be left behind. With six months of rapid growth behind us, the entire Clean Kitchen team is delighted to lead this innovative cooking service, bringing a culinary experience conveniently to all homes.
